Terms of sale

Quotations: the formulated quotations are free and not binding. The material object of the estimate is to be considered at our disposal until the completion of the order.

Orders: orders must be sent to the mail address info@tonewood.it

Minimum order: we do not require any minimum order

Prices: our prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT at 22%

Payment and shipping: payments must be made in advance by bank transfer, postepay or paypal *. The goods will be processed and shipped only after receiving the payment, within 3-7 working days. **

Shipping: The cost of shipping varies according to the size, weight of the package and the destination.

​* In case of paypal payments, a 5% surcharge on the total price will be added to the bill (paypal commissions)

​** some processes may require longer timescales, for example the manufacture of rolled handles

Right of withdrawal

The buyer can claim, according to the terms of the law, the right of withdrawal without giving explicit reasons.

​The buyer must commit to notify us and send us the goods within 14 days, in the state in which it was received and in its original packaging.

The seller “Claudio Sicilia Tonewood” commit to return the amount already paid (net of shipping costs) to the buyer within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal lapses if:

– The buyer expresses the intention to make use of it after the term of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

– The goods have been modified, eg. the wood has been cut / planed, or it has undergone processing of all sorts.

– The goods are returned in a packaging different from the original

– The goods have been stored in an unsuitable manner (unsuitable conditions cause the wood to undergo “movements” and transformations)

– The goods have been specially prepared according to the client’s instructions, such as cuts and generally custom-made processes.

 

Below is the procedure to follow to exercise the right of withdrawal:

​– Notice of the buyer by email to info@tonewood.it

– Shipment of the goods in its original packaging (address shown on the invoice)

– Verification of the goods by the seller

– Refund (in the manner to be agreed) by the seller within 14 days
